ARTS BRIGADE. Calling Community and Neighborhood Artists:
Want to have some fun and help your community? The Tucson Arts
Brigade is a multi-cultural, intergenerational collective of community
based cultural workers. Their work demonstrates that the arts
can be used to impact social issues. Current projects include
street and wall murals, group exhibits and street puppets. All
events are free and open to the public. For participation information,
weekly events, providing donations of art supplies, or commissioning

ART WALK. Fine artists and galleries await on the weekly
Art Walk, a self- or docent-guided stroll through the Downtown

EMPOWERMENT WORKSHOPS. WomanKraft Castle Art Center. 388
S. Stone Ave. 629-9976. WomanKraft continues its Neighborhood
Arts Empowerment Workshop Series on Saturdays from 10 a.m. to
2 p.m. Workshops are $10, free to anyone making less than $15,000
a year, carless or homeless. Children who are capable of working

WAREHOUSE WALKS. Take a tour of Tucson's Historic Warehouse
District with The Tucson Arts District Partnership. Tours run

limited, with RSVPs requested by 5 p.m. the Thursday prior to
