ARIZONA THEATRE COMPANY. Temple of Music and Art. 330 S. Scott Ave. Opening February 16 and continuing through March 2: George Bernard Shaw's Candida, a romantic comedy about a young poet's love for a parson's wife. Tickets range from $17 to $26 and are available at the ATC box office and all Dillard's. Post-performance discussions are offered February 20, 21 and 28. COYOTE RAMBLERS THEATRE. a.k.a. Theatre. 125 E. Congress St. Opening February 21 and continuing through March 10: 7 Blowjobs, a satirical comedy about political intolerance written by Mac Wellman. AUDITION NOTICE. The Upstairs Theatre Company announces auditions for When You Comin' Back, Red Ryder? Bring prepared dramatic monologue (three to five minutes long) for readings from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday, February 24, at the Tucson Center for the Performing Arts, 408 S. CALL FOR ENTRIES. Very Special Arts is accepting entries for the 1996 Young Playwrights Award. Students ages 12 to 18 years are invited to submit scripts incorporating some aspect of a disability. An awards ceremony will accompany the opening night of the winning plays at the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C.
