Ballet Arizona presents The Masters, a trio of classical and contemporary works, at 7:30 p.m. March 8 and 9, and at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 10. Performances include Serenade by George Balanchine, Esplanade by Paul Taylor and The Lilac Garden by Antony Tudor. This will also mark the final performance of dancer Sibylle Acatos, who will retire and join the staff of the School of Ballet Arizona. Releasing dance weaves poetic imagery with music to integrate movement with the whole self.
