BIODIVERSITY WALKS. The Southwest Center for Biological
Diversity offers "biodiversity" walks at 9 a.m. the

DAY HIKES. Pima County Parks and Recreation offers a day
hike at Gates Pass at 9 a.m. on Saturday, January 30. Call 740-2680

FISHING PROGRAM. The Arizona Game and Fish Department offers
an open to the public fishing program from 1 to 5 p.m. on Sunday,

SABINO CANYON VOLUNTEER NATURALISTS. Enjoy free weekly
activities at Sabino Canyon, continuing through the month of April.
Activities include guided nature walks and panning for sand rubies.

TOHONO CHUL PARK. 7366 N. Paseo del Norte. 742-6455. Grounds
are open from 7 a.m. to sunset daily. Exhibit hours are 9:30 a.m.
to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday. Greenhouse
hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily. Admission is $2. Call 742-6455

TUCSON VOLKSSPORT 10K. The Tucson Volkssport Walking Klub
sponsors a noncompetitive 10K in the Tucson Mountain Park on Saturday,
January 30. The Walk starts are from 8:30 to noon and are at the
