FOOTHILLS PHIL. Catalina Foothills High School Band Room. 4300 E. Sunrise Drive. 577-5304. The Phil begins its winter/spring 1999 session on Thursday, January 28. This Intergenerational Orchestra is open to musicians without an audition. There is a registration fee of $30.
FOOTHILLS WOMEN'S CHORUS. A group of women who love to sing, no auditions required, meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays in the Dove of Peace Lutheran Church, 665 W. Roller Coaster Road.
