TUCSON MUSEUM OF ART. 140 N. Main Ave. 624-2333. Opening January 24 and continuing through March 23: Lasting Impressions, drawings by Thomas Hart Benton. Continuing through March 9: Seven Years in Tibet, historic photographs by Heinrich Harrer and sand mandala construction by Tibetan monks. Continuing through March 23, in the Sosa-Carrillo-Fremont House: El Nacimiento, more than 200 hand-painted Mexican miniature figures in an elaborate nativity scene arranged by Maria Luisa Teña. CALL TO ARTISTS. The PCC West Campus Art Gallery seeks artists working in all media who wish to exhibit work during the 1997-98 school year. Works by two to four artists are usually exhibited for four-week periods, and the college generally does the printing and mailing of an announcement and provides some refreshments for the opening.
