MIDNIGHT JAM. TCC. 260 S. Church Ave. Pima County Parks and Recreation presents this fifth-annual New Year's Eve party for teens from 8 to 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday, December 30. Teens can decorate the hall between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, and will receive free entry and a Midnight Jam T-shirt for their participation. Arizona Stagecoach Adventures offers horse-drawn wagon, trolley and carriage rides through the Winterhaven Festival of Lights. Rides leave on the hour from 6 to 9 p.m., from the red stagecoach on Country Club Road, 100 feet north of Fort Lowell.
