FALL READING SERIES. UA Modern Languages Building auditorium. The UA Poetry Center continues its 1997 Fall Reading Series with Jack Gilbert Wednesday, November 12. Gilbert won the Yale Younger Poets Series in 1962 with Views of Jeopardy. His second collection, "Monolithos," was published in 1982. Both books were nominated for the Pulitzer Prize. He has been awarded a Guggenheim Fellowship and a grant from the NEA.
