ARIZONA REPERTORY THEATRE. UA Laboratory Theatre, southeast corner of Park Avenue and Speedway. Opening September 3 and continuing through September 21: Arsenic and Old Lace. Preview performance is at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, September 2. Performances are at 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, with matiness at 1:30 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Performances are at 8 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday, with a 2 o'clock Sunday matinee. ATC GALA CELEBRATION. Temple of Music and Art. 330 S. Scott Ave. 884-4875. The Arizona Theatre Company celebrates its 31st season with its annual Gala Celebration on Saturday, September 20. ATC honors Sally and Clague Van Slyke for their continued dedication to the Arizona Theatre Company, in addition to celebrating the 70th anniversary of the Temple of Music and Art. The evening begins with a wine reception at 5:30 p.m., followed by the opening night performance of the Noel Coward comedy Blithe Spirit. After the performance, a buffet dinner will be served by B&B Café, with dancing under the stars to follow. Tickets are $150, with corporate tables also available.
