KIDSKIDS IN THE PARK. Tohono Chul Park. 7366 N. Paseo del Norte. 742-6455. Visit Tohono Chul Park for a special kids' afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday, March 16. Beginning at 1 p.m. musician Patty Horn will perform an interactive children's concert, with a repeat performance at 3 p.m. In between, children can have Patty sign one of her albums, or they can participate in the Kaleidoscope workshop with Joyce Tominaga. She will teach youngsters to make kaleidoscopes from recycled beads, milk containers, squirt guns and other throw-away plastics. Each enrollee must bring an unwashed Pringles potato chip can with lid. Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a parent. Cost for the concert only is $2.50, workshop only is $5, or both for $6. Parents may attend free of charge. Reservations are required. Call 742-6455 for reservations and information.
