CHORAL CONCERT. Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church. 7570
N. Thornydale Road. The Lane Justus Chorale presents music of
the Renaissance, 19th and 20th centuries, with four motets by
William Byrd, seven motets by Anton Bruckner, and several 20th
century pieces. Performance is 3 p.m. Sunday, March 15. Admission

As part of the Primavera celebration of women in the arts, Jazz
vocalist Cleo Lane and the John Dankworth Group perform Forever
Ella, a tribute to Ella Fitzgerald, at 8 p.m. Friday, March
13. Tickets are $21, $26 and $33 with discounts for faculty, staff,

a one-man song and storytelling concert featuring "The

the arts, KXCI Community radio presents the Kathy Kallick Band,
with special guests Linda Lou & the Drifters, for two performances
on Saturday, March 14. A children's concert will be held at 3
p.m., followed by an evening performance at 8 p.m. Tickets for
the children's matinee are $5; tickets for the evening performance
are $12 in advance and $14 at the door, with a $2 discount for

PRAYERS FOR BOBBY. CFA Proscenium Theater. 2202 W. Anklam
Road. The Reveille Gay Men's Chorus presents Jay Kawarsky's Prayers
for Bobby: For Love and for Life, a choral work based on the
best-selling book by Leroy Aarons. Performance features tenor
Wayne Glass and soprano Elena Todd. Performances are at 8 p.m.
Saturday, March 14, and 3 p.m. Sunday, March 15. Tickets are $12

Hanson conducts flutist Maina Piccinini and the Tucson Symphony
Orchestra, performing Mozart, Bizet, Einhorn and Franck. Performances
are at 8 p.m. Thursday and Friday, March 12 and 13, with a matinee
at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 15. Tickets range from $10 to $28 for
evening performances, $6 to $18 for matinees, and are available

FOOTHILLS WOMEN'S CHORUS. A group of women who love to
sing, no auditions required, meets from 7 to 9 p.m. Mondays in
the Dove of Peace Lutheran Church, 665 W. Roller Coaster Road.
Spring programs include Broadway tunes, pop music and old favorites,
performed in front of various organizations and retirement communities.
