PHANTOM GALLERY. Various downtown locations. The pervasive impact of birds on people is the theme of Marian Leone Kozachik's acrylic paintings on display at 38 E. Congress St. Terra-cotta sculpture by Martin Martinez is on display at 221 N. Court Ave. Lillian Kinslow's "Egg-Topia," stoneware and porcelain images playing off the power of the egg, takes over 221 S. Church Ave., in La Placita Village. CALL TO ARTISTS. Applications are now being accepted by the Tucson/Pima Community Arts Council for their 1997-'98 Community Gallery space. The gallery, located at 240 N. Stone Ave., offers over 2,500 square feet of community gallery space for exhibitions by Pima County artists, associations and guilds. Call Sara Mattison, T/PAC Gallery Coordinator at 624-0595 for proposal guidelines and information. Deadline for submissions is Friday, March 7.
ESTATE OF THE ART. Support your local museum with The Tucson Museum of Art's fundraiser Designer Showhouse 1997 and Estate of the Art Raffle. The chosen home is dated 1936, and located in the Colonia Solana neighborhood. Decorated by more than 20 local ASID designers, the home will be the raffle's first prize. Tours of the home, located at 3233 E. Via Palos Verdes, will continue through March 14. Home tours are $10 at the door. Food and drink will be available at the home for purchase from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., high tea from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Estate of the Art Raffle tickets are $125 each.
