AUDITION NOTICE. Randolph Performing Arts Building. 200 S. Alvernon Way. The Tucson Parks and Recreation Community Theatre program seeks actors ages 7 and up for their third-annual, multigenerational production of Another Day in the Glade, part of the Spring Classics Showcase. Auditions are at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, February 5 and 6. Actors are encouraged to prepare a two-minute Shakespearean monologue. Call 791-4663 for information.

AUDITION NOTICE. The University Activities Board of the University of Arizona is having open auditions for The Complete Works of William Shakespeare--Abridged, to be performed on campus in late April. There are only three male parts. The auditions are from 3 to 5:30 p.m. Monday, February 9; and Wednesday, February 11. All auditioners are to prepare a one-minute monologue for the audition. PLAY MARATHON. Third Street Kids, a performing arts company designed to provide education, training and experience in the arts to children, seeks scripts for their One-Act Play Marathon April 20 through April 26. Plays are to be 40 to 60 minutes long, and will be presented by a wide variety of organizations including professional, semi-professional and high-school drama clubs. There is a $50 entry fee for all scripts; fee is refundable if script is not accepted. Third Street Kids also seeks theatre professionals to sit on an ad hoc committee to read scripts.
