ENVIRONMENTPERMACULTURE WORKSHOPS. Permaculture Drylands Institute offers four weekend courses in Permaculture design January 27 and 28, February 10 and 11, February 24 and 25 and March 9 and 10, in Cave Creek, AZ. Permaculture is a method of designing sustainable environments that are based on observation of natural systems, organization contained in traditional farming, and modern science and technology. The following neighborhood drop-off centers are open 24 hours daily: Cholla High School, 2001 W. 22nd St.; Booth-Fickett Magnet School, 7240 E.
