CALL FOR ENTRIES. Sparrowgrass Poetry Forum is accepting entries for its Distinguished Poet Awards. Thirty-four cash prizes are offered, including a $1,000 grand prize. TUCSON POETRY FESTIVAL. Submissions are now being accepted for the 14th annual Statewide Poetry Contest sponsored by the Tucson Poetry Festival Committee and The Tucson Weekly. The contest winner will receive $150 and be a featured reader at the Tucson Poetry Festival. Second and Third Place winners each receive $50. Selected poems by all winners will be published in The Weekly's February 20th issue. Contest is open to all Arizona poets who have not published a full-length collection of their work, but published poems are acceptable. Manuscripts will not be returned, and there is a $5 entry fee.
