SHORT FILM FESTIVAL. AISF is seeking submissions for the Albany International Short Film Festival October 17 through 20. Films of all genres/styles are accepted. Submissions must be 45 minutes or less and in 35mm, 16mm and video formats. All winning films will be screened for the press, industry and public in New York City at the Third Annual Award Winning Shorts. Entry fee is $30, and the deadline is July 5. CALL TO ARTISTS. The Eclectic Gallery, 69 E. Pennington St., seeks quality artwork for a seven-week Artiste du Jour rotating series beginning July 20.
