HAVE A BALL. Tucson's YMCAs are now forming spring and summer leagues for T-ball (ages 4 and 5), coaches pitch (ages 6 to 9), minor league baseball (ages 8 to 10), soccer (ages 4 to 12) and basketball (ages 5 to 18.) Call 623-5511, ext. 252, for registration information.

BASKETBALL JAM. Sporting Chance Youth Basketball is now registering hoopsters of all ages for the Slam-N-Jam 3-On-3 Basketball Tournament on April 19 and 20. Registration for adult teams is $90, youth teams $60. Call 888-1288 for registration and information.

SAN PEDRO TOUR. The second annual San Pedro Valley bike tour is fast approaching. Riders will enjoy a beautiful bird watching ride in the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area, and tours of the historic towns of Bisbee and Tombstone. Rides run from April 25 through April 30, with five riding options and different difficulty levels available. Each day includes one food/SAG stop and one water stop. Spectator

PLAY BALL. The Tucson Toros return to the Old Pueblo with a home season kick-off Thursday, April 3, with a four-game series against Calgary. First pitch is 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 6 p.m. Sunday. Hi Corbett Field is new and improved for your baseball viewing pleasure! Tickets are $4 general, $3 for kids; reserved seats are $5, upper box are $6 and lower-box seats are $8. Free general admission tickets are available for Monday night games at all Circle K stores.
