Call 325-8688 for information. HEPBURN FESTIVAL. Cheri and Ace present Katherine Hepburn: An Independent Woman, an afternoon film festival on Sunday, February 23 at 6193 N. Yellow Wood Trail. A slew of Hepburn classics will be screened, including Guess Who's Coming To Dinner, Woman of the Year, Bringing Up Baby and Philadelphia Story. The Sosa-Carrillo-Fremont House Museum, a branch of the Arizona Historical Society, offers van tours of downtown historic districts including Barrio Historico, Armory Park, Congress Street and the El Presidio neighborhood. Tours run from 9 to 11 a.m. the fourth Friday of each month, with refreshments offered after the tour. Cost is $12 per person. Walking tours of the downtown historic districts are also offered at 10 a.m. Saturdays, departing from the Carrillo House, 151 S. Granada Ave., one block south of Congress St. in the TMA Historic Block. The walking tour, which includes a slide show, is $4. The third annual Southwest Indian Art Fair is open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday, February 22 and 23. This invitational show features American Indian jewelry, pottery, kachina dolls, sculpture, storyteller dolls, and folk art. Event is free and features live contemporary music, traditional drumming, and Tohono O'odham "Chicken Scratch" music and dance. Call 621-6302 for information. PEACE FAIR '97. Spend your Saturday at the 15th annual Tucson Peace Fair, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. February 22, at the Reid Park bandshell. The Peace Fair is Tucson's largest gathering of peace, social justice, and environmental action groups. This family event features children's activities, live music, refreshments, dancing, entertainment, food and more. Call Bruce at 888-3498 for information. RODEO HO! The 72nd annual La Fiesta De Los Vaqueros continues with activities through Sunday, February 23. The Spirit Weavers' present their second annual "Spirit of the Southwest" arts and crafts festival from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, February 21 through 23, at El Con Mall. There will be juried artisans, fashion shows, live music, dance and cultural performances, and much more. The Pima Camp of the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers invite you to attend their annual convention at 7 p.m. Wednesday, February 26. Rev up your engines for the 24th annual Tucson World of Wheels, rolling into the Pima County Fairgrounds Friday through Sunday, February 21 through 23. Events include the Tucson Lowrider of the Year competition, battle of the bands, model car contest, vintage race cars, James Dean look-a-like contest, truck challenge, BMX and in-line skating "Extreme" demonstrations, and more. Stop by from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Friday, 11 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Saturday, and 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Tickets are $8, $3 for children ages 6 to 12. Car lovers 5 and under are free. HISTORIC GLOBE TOUR. Globe, Arizona's, 13th annual Historic Home and Building Tour runs February 22 and 23. The tour highlights more than a dozen of the town's historic sites, including structures built before the turn of the century. This guided tour offers continuous transportation from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily. Other family events scheduled throughout the weekend include pancake breakfasts, Copper Country Quilters' displays, and a presentation by the Copper Cities Community Players.
