A REAL SCREAM: We all love what an informal town Tucson is, but there are times in every girl's life when she just wants to drop a bundle and try her damnedest to look young, hip and dangerously cool. Sometimes you just want to pretend you live in New York City, you know, someplace where people actually care what they wear--or indeed, at least notice. Changes, with two locations, carries very fashionable, prohibitively expensive clothing that can make you look as though you just dropped into that convenience mart on your way to have a few cocktails with The Chemical Brothers.
