refreshments. After setting down your "salad" (the term
has been rendered anemic by the mountain of cellulose you've amassed),
browse through a quarter-mile of soups, breads, pastas, fruit,
pizza, focaccia and chili, most of which is vegetarian. Now it's
time to loosen your belt buckle and head back one last time to
the frozen yogurt bar, or the brownies, or the peanut-butter muffins.
