For 16 years, Luz Social Services has organized a Thanksgiving feast with additional community resources, and this year it takes place Tuesday, Nov. 25, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at El Pueblo Center, 101 W. Irvington Road. Each year the event hosts close to 2,000 people. Besides the meal, there will be a community health and resource fair with information regarding topics such as housing and health and behavioral health, plus live entertainment and raffles.
