Tales from the Trash is literally just two guys who pick up paintings and art that lives on that borderline between interesting and ugly from places that could be described in the same way: thrift stores, swap meets, flea markets, yard sales and—here and there—a dumpster. The "current favorites" section on their website is a real romp, and the shows they do every once in awhile are guaranteed to have you appreciating art ("art?") in a whole new way.
