This is basically a 96-minute video game wherein Jason Statham has to recharge his electrical heart every few scenes in order to have sex with white women and survive until the end of the movie. Amy Smart, Dwight Yoakam, David Carradine, Corey Haim, Bai Ling and Ron Jeremy show up, kill people, have intercourse in public, speak in demeaning stereotypical Asian accents, and basically do whatever it takes to get paid. It’s a bad movie, in a moral sense, but I guess it’s entertaining, and even self-consciously funny. The whole thing was shot on consumer-level video cameras, which means, um, nothing. But then the whole film means nothing, so maybe it’s a post-modern comment on itself. But probably not.
