B-SIDE: Sinbad's, 810 E. University Blvd. When you want to rock the Casbah, Sinbad's is the place to go, although the décor is more Mediterranean than Moroccan. Located in the former Geronimo Hotel, it's a mecca for aficionados of hummus, schwarma and baba ghanouj.
