We suppose it's possible that any tequila-based concoction would taste super-sabrosa in an environment as gorgeous and lushly decorated as downtown's beloved Café Poca Cosa. But whatever it is that makes Café Poca Cosa's margaritas exquisitely delicious—we usually order them by the pitcher—discerning drinkers raise their salt-rimmed glasses in celebration of these margaritas above all others in the Old Pueblo.
