BICAS isn't just a bike shop; it's an acronym! That is, it's a bike shop, plus what BICAS stands for (literally and figuratively): "Bicycle Inter-Community Art & Salvage." That means that, besides selling bikes (usually used and/or salvaged, but always great rides), they offer classes (how to fix a flat, basic bike maintenance, even how to build your own bike), and they'll only charge a teeny, tiny fee to lend you their tools and help you fix a problem you may have with that non-motorized two-wheeler you own.
