There's a reason that HUB helped lead the charge into downtown Tucson becoming the latest center for the Old Pueblo's nightlife: The food is damn good. HUB is open until 2 a.m. from Thursday through Saturday, offering such delicious evening fare as ribeye and fries, chicken pot pie and the Glory Curds—flash-fried cheese curds that are accompanied by a side of sriracha ketchup and are the perfect capper for a night out. And if all else fails, there's always a trip out behind HUB to Lulu's Late Night Eats, a counter-service restaurant that serves up high-quality eats with the quickness.
