There are plenty of pizza joints in this town, and Time Market is consistently a top-notch contender among the thin-crust, wood-fired options. With local brews on tap, and a pizza dough that's perfectly chewy, crispy and comes out of the oven bubbling hot, Time Market is a local Tucson favorite. Pizzas are always topped with gourmet, locally-sourced ingredients (when possible) in creative and delicious combinations—think figs, shiitakes, specialty sausage, caramelized onions and several different cheeses. During happy hour you can get a slice and a pint for less than $10, and there's not much happier than that.
