Yes, this is the store that a San Francisco newspaper said makes "Whole Foods look like 7-Eleven," and while we're not entirely sure what that's supposed to mean, the folks behind the Food Conspiracy took a great store and made it even better over the last year, growing and changing to reflect the needs of the community it serves. The selection of ready-to-eat foods provides a healthy and delicious fast option in the downtown area, as well as the selection of organic groceries, baked goods and produce. The downtown and University area are generally underserved by grocery stores, but the Food Conspiracy is thankfully still fighting the good fight.
