Puttin' on the Dog has made a big impression on Best of Tucson® voters, winning the category seven years in a row. The event, held annually for the past 15 years, helps generate much-needed funding so the good people at the Humane Society of Southern Arizona can continue saving the lives of homeless dogs and cats by means of adoption, spay/neuter programs and public education. Earlier this year the event raised more than $200,000, with 900 people and 100 dogs dressed to the nines (or, K-9s, as it were) in attendance. Move over Toddlers and Tiaras. Puttin' on the Dog is where it's at!
