There’s something vaguely European about the vine-draped, back patio of Cafe Passe. It’s a cozy spot to while away the day while sipping a coffee—or maybe a beer. If someone ever tells Fourth Avenue doesn’t have a heart, all you have to do is point them in the direction of Cafe Passe. We know we lost our heart to this place years ago.
