ELIGIBILITY: This Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. You need not be present to win. You may enter this contest, on-line at tucsonweekly.com, through Tucson Weekly facebook page or mail-in entry as described below. Regardless of method each participant may only enter once, duplicate entries will be disqualified. In the case of multiple users utilizing one email address entries from that email address will only be counted once. Employees of Tucson Local media are not eligible to win.
PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: There will be one prize awarded to each winner. The Prize consists of one pair of tickets or other specified award. The total Value of each prize awarded is no more than $200. All federal, state, and local tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of the Winner. Upon receipt of the award the winner may be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form (i.e. Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification). No transfer, substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize will be awarded.
Prize/Drawing: Prize Winner(s) will be selected by judges selected by Tucson Local Media LLC, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
Tucson Local Media and its Sponsor(s) reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Sweepstakes in the event that it becomes necessary due to circumstances beyond Tucson Local Media LLC or its Sponsor(s) control. In the event the Sweepstakes is terminated early, a winner will be selected from all eligible entries received at the time of termination. In the event of Cancellation of Sweepstakes or Ticket Giveaway no substitution, or cash equivalent for the Prize will be awarded.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating, Winner and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Tucson Local Media LLC, it’s Sponsor(s) and each of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and it’s officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the Winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Sweepstakes, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity or participation in this Sweepstakes.
