Michael "Microphone" Jones is one of the top three finalists that’s competing for the S’mores Music Video Contest. The video with the most votes will get $10,000. The second place winner will get a $1,000 gift card and third place consolation is a free blizzard per month for a whole year.
According to the press release, Jones filmed the 58 second music video here in Tucson, and created the score and had to include “… feeling kind of hot in this sunny weather, call up my friends and let’s get together, head to DQ…” in a the lyrics.
You might remember Jones from the Rachael Ray Show in 2011. Jones was able to record his first full length album “Wake Me From My Grave” thanks to Ray and a talent search that was sponsored by Crest and Oral B.
