Why yes, we at Weekly World Central are indeed jazzed about the opportunity to wander the streets of Tucson, tasting some of the city's best coffee.
Tomorrow, Nov. 10, coffee shops from Downtown Tucson to the University area out to the Campbell Ave. corridor are going to be opening their doors to caffeine fans, offering tastings, cuppings, lectures and workshops, as well as discounts on whole bean coffee.
Shops and roasters that have committed to the Coffee Crawl include Caffe Luce, Raging Sage, eXo Roast Co. (which Adam Borowitz recently raved about), Cartel Coffee Lab, Sparkroot and Brewd, who will be hosting Adventure Coffee Roasting. 47 Scott will also be joining in, featuring Yellow Brick Coffee.
Events look to be scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., and are mostly free (though the Coffee Crawl website warns that cuppings are set to cost a dollar, so it might help to have cash on hand.
For more info, head to either the Tucson Coffee Crawl website or Facebook page.
