There probably aren't too many opportunities in life to see two music greats like Paul Simon and David Byrne on the same stage, but of all the songs in Simon's often-amazing discography, they chose "You Can Call Me Al" — for me, even though it was a hit, it's the worst song on a great album, Graceland— to sing together? Not "Kodachrome"? "Boy in the Bubble"? Why not just see if Chevy Chase wants to come on stage instead?
If you're wondering how Paul Simon's new material measures up, look for a review of So Beautiful or So What in Thursday's Weekly and online.
