A memorial service for friends and family of Christina Taylor Green will be held today.

The funeral services for Christina Green will be held at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton on January 13, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. The family has granted permission to the Arizona Daily Star to take photographs inside the church. A pool camera outside the church will be hosted by CNN. These are the only recording devices that are allowed on the church premises. Members of the media are asked to remain in the media staging area.

In other news: The folks at the ASU School of Social Work Tucson Component called to let us know that the school will be holding a celebration of life for Gabe Zimmerman from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday, Jan. 17, in the courtyard of the Sentinel Building, 320 N. Commerce Park Loop.
