A few options if you need to talk to someone after Saturday's events:
Tucson Medical Center is offering individual and group counseling sessions at two locations today. Counselors will be available until 6 pm tonight with remaining group sessions at 2 and 4 pm through United Healthcare. The sites are El Dorado Healthy Living Connection (1400 N. Wilmot Road) and the YWCA of Tucson Conference Center (525 N. Bonita Ave.)
Hotel Congress is hosting a "community debriefing" along with grief counseling for those affected, also in conjunction with Tucson Medical Center. That seminar will be from 7:30 to 8:30 tonight inside Club Congress.
If you just need a moment with a counselor on the phone, a hotline has been set up for free of charge conversations with community crisis counseling experts at 1-866-342-6892.
UPDATE: Dignity Memorial Network is offering a confidential, 24 hour grief counseling line at 1-800-854-8080.
UPDATE: The Community Partnership of Southern Arizona has set up the Tucson Tragedy Support Line, available 24 hours a day until further notice at 284-3517.
If you know of any other counseling events or resources, email me at dgibson [AT] tucsonweekly.com and I'll add it to this post.
