Republican Jesse Kelly, who hopes to unseat Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in Congressional District 8, raised about $535,000 between July 1 and Sept. 30, according to campaign spokesman John Ellinwood.
The Kelly campaign had raised about $488,000 as of June 30, according to FEC reports. As of Aug. 4, Kelly reported less than $79,000 on hand.
Earlier this week, the Giffords campaign reported raising roughly $700,000 in the third quarter. Details here.
