Mini’s Cupcakes is open for business at its new location at Casas Adobes Plaza (7051 N. Oracle Road.) The new location also sells cakes made by owner Jaynie Rossi's other outfit, Ambrosia of Tucson.

Tucson, Arizona — August 24, 2010 — More delectable news on the cake front: Mini’s Cupcakes moved to a new location at 7051 North Oracle Road in the Casas Adobes Plaza, where owner Jaynie Rossi continues to serve her sweetest treats. Jaynie, also proud owner of Ambrosia Cakes, is excited to announce they will be selling her exquisite, hip and artful cakes at the new Mini’s location as well.
“When the space became available, I knew it would be a better fit for us. We wanted to find a new place that inspires an enriching experience and continues to bring a yummy joy to the community,” said Jaynie. “We are thrilled our customers are enthusiastic about the move and have pleged to follow our shop to its new space.”Mini’s continues to deliver pure love in pleated paper at its new location, which opened last Friday. The storefront is located between Loop Jean Company and Bluefin Seafood Bistro. The décor is very similar to its previous location at the La Encantada shopping center. It’s casual elegance where customers can continue to sit, relax and take pleasure in their favorite choice of treat.
In addition to their tempting mini delights, Mini’s has a designated area in the back of the store for Ambrosia Cakes. Here customers can order their unique and memorably delicious artful cakes for all special occasions including weddings, birthdays and other special events.
Jaynie added, “We are hopeful our new location will provide just as much delight in comfort and community as before. It’s our commitment to continue to create the best experience and product for all cupcake and cake enthusiasts to enjoy.”
