Performing artists, fine-artists and musicians whose work reflects cowboy and vaquero culture discuss the arts' contribution to Southern Arizona heritage, as well as their present day relevance, to kick off an afternoon celebrating cultural education, from 2 to 6 p.m., Sunday, July 14; free. Included are a ballet folklorico performance, a performance piece including painting and music, and Daniel Buckley's documentary about the history of El Casino ballroom. LeeAnn Savage provides music for dancing following the program until 10 p.m.; $10 for the dance. Food and beverages are available.
