Tucson food trucks have really become a part of the dining scene these days and two of the longest running and still highly popular trucks are Planet of the Crepes and 2013 Best of Tucson Food Truck winner Serial Grillers.
Now, the duo will be getting some well-deserved attention from The Cooking Channel. Eat St., a Food Channel program that highlights food trucks all over the country, will be filming PoC this Sunday at the Heritage Farmers' Market at St Philips' Plaza. You can catch the Eat St. crew shooting SG on Monday, Nov. 25, at their location on 7889 E. 22nd Street.
I received an email from Jessica Kraus (she of PoC fame) asking to spread the word that they'd like a big crowd on Sunday. SG's William and Travis Miller are trying to get at least 50 of their fans to share their Facebook status and round up as many foodies as possible.
Here's your chance to be a foodie star......
Filming for PoC starts at 9:00 am. and should go until 1:00pm but sometimes things go faster and or longer than expected so I'd get there early. SG says their filming will start at 11:30 a.m.
